By using JyotishDada, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you don’t agree with them, please don’t use the site. We may update these terms as the site changes; continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.

JyotishDada publishes Hindu Panchang, muhurat timings, festival and vrat dates, and Jyotish (Vedic astrology) calculators including Kundali, Horoscope Matching, and related tools. Everything is offered free, without requiring an account.

Panchang timings, muhurat windows, and chart calculations are computed from established astronomical/astrological methods (see our About page for how). But predictive or interpretive content — Rashifal, dosha readings, matching scores, and similar — is offered as traditional guidance, not as a guarantee about real-world outcomes. Don’t treat anything on this site as a substitute for professional legal, medical, financial, or other qualified advice for decisions that matter.

We take accuracy seriously and cross-check calculations against independent references where we can. That said, some sections of the site are still marked as in-progress rather than fully verified — those pages say so directly. We don’t guarantee that every timing or result is error-free, and we ask that you treat any time-sensitive muhurat as a starting point to double-check for anything important, not a final authority.

You agree not to:

• Use the site in a way that disrupts its normal operation (e.g. automated scraping at a volume that degrades service for others)
• Attempt to access non-public areas of the site or its backend systems
• Use the site’s content to mislead others (e.g. presenting our data as your own original research without attribution)

The site’s design, code, and original written content belong to JyotishDada. Classical astronomical/astrological knowledge itself (tithi rules, festival dates, nakshatra names, etc.) isn’t owned by anyone — you’re free to reference publicly known facts and dates; please don’t copy our page text or UI wholesale.

Some pages link to external sources (e.g. the Swiss Ephemeris project, reference sites we cross-check against). We’re not responsible for the content or practices of external sites we link to.

JyotishDada is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, we’re not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of, or reliance on, the site’s content or availability.

We may add, change, or remove features, or take the site down temporarily for maintenance, without prior notice.
